Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Coastal Sundays! We’re excited to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you’ll find details about processing, shipping, and tracking.


Processing Time (Before Shipping)

Please allow:

2–5 business days
for your order to be processed and prepared for shipment.

During holidays or high-volume times, processing may take a bit longer.

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.


Shipping Time

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes:

United States: 3–8 business days
Canada: 7–12 business days
International: 10–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, customs, or other factors outside of our control.


Shipping Costs

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • weight and size

  • destination address

In some cases, items in the same order may ship separately. If that happens, you won’t be charged additional shipping beyond what was shown at checkout.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information so you can follow its progress.

If tracking shows “in transit” but there’s no movement, please allow a few extra business days — carriers sometimes experience delays.


Wrong Address Policy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

If an incorrect address is entered and the package is returned, reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. We are unable to refund orders due to address errors.

We’ll do our best to update it, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has begun processing.


Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If your package appears lost in transit (no movement for 7+ business days), please contact us so we can help look into it.


International Orders & Customs

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes required by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price.

Customs processing may also cause delivery delays.

 


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can assist you.

Cancellations

Because orders begin processing quickly, we are often unable to cancel once they have been placed. If you need assistance, reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll see what we can do.
